The total area is spread across 53.33 Acres of Land across the Main Highway connecting RAJKOT AND JAMNAGAR.

It is functional as a ware house as of now where large companies like ITC, NBHC, NCMSL , ORIGO COMMODITIES , LOUIS DREYFUS , OLAM INTERNATIONAL, CARGILL etc. They use this for stuffing commodities like wheat / castor / Cotton etc.

These two sheds stand approx on 12 acres out of the total land of 53 acres and 12 Ghuntas. (i.e. 53.33 acres). The rest entire land is lying vacant.

1. MAIN GODOWN SHED : A single shed, with no trenches. The entire flooring is of raised cement platform which includes all the portion of the shed (including the lab and stores)

The shed is a pre fabricated shed, when you will see the attachment is describes as portion from No 11 to No 17 in the file, the no have been given only as to check and calculate the storage capacity, but understand that this is a SINGLE SHED WITHOUT ANY PARTITIONS/WALLS BETWEEN THE AREAS SHOWS FROM NO 11 TO NO 17.

The side walls up to 5ft are of cement walls and the rest above that are of Galvanized Sheets.

The Roof top is made up of Galvanized and Cement/asbestos Sheets.

2. SMALL GODOWN SHED : A single shed, with no trenches. The entire flooring is of raised cement platform which includes all the portion of the shed

The picture below is describes as portion from No 1 to No 10 in the file, the no have been given only as to check and calculate the storage capacity , all the 10 portions are separated by cement walls, which can be removed if it is needed to make it a single shed. The side walls are cement walls. The Roof top is made up of Cement / Asbestos sheets
